Because plants are living things with specific care requirements, we do not accept returns. We are confident that plants are in good condition upon being sold, but cannot control what happens to plant material upon leaving the premises. If you are having problems with a plant, contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can try to help you address what might be going wrong. We are not responsible for weather-related damage, nor for improper handling, planting, or watering.
